Information has become the structural element and building block in creating new products and services. The sources of the information are so diverse, and sifting through and interpreting it for a specific business are so difficult, that even small companies will need help from data specialists. The success of an enterprise, even its survival almost entirely depends on its ability to harness information resources. To manage in the future, managers will need an information tools integrated with strategy. The manager's tool kit has four kinds of diagnostic information: foundation information, productivity information, competence information, and resource-allocation information.

Information tools for Managerial Succees seminar is aimed at working and budding managers. It introduces general information tools such as search engines, working with them. Custom search engines; personal information tools such as desktop search engines; Tools for enterprise roles such as enterprise search engines. In addition, it also exposes the audience to the tools for communication and publications such as email, online documents such as google docs and blog.
